The Centre for Hand and Reconstructive MicroSurgery (CHARMS) is located at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, Singapore. Established in 2004, this is the first private facility purely dedicated to hand and reconstructive microsurgery.
Besides Mount Elizabeth hospital, the centre has practicing rights in Gleneagles Hospital, East Shore Hospital, Raffles Hospital and Mount Alvernia Hospital in Singapore.

CHARMS is a secondary and tertiary referral centre specializing in the treatment of simple to complicated hand cases such as congenital abnomalies, severe problems related to arthritis and major disorders of nerves and muscles requiring microsurgical expertise.
