Congenital Hand Abnormalies
These comes in various forms from over growth to under growth and from absent of the digits to extra digits.
Surgery is usually the best options. In thumb duplications, correction imporves the function and appearance.
In absence of the digits, toe transfers will improve the function of the hand but will never improve the cosmesis. We overcome this with prosthesis.
